3008 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Terms
Please read this document carefully before using the 3008 platform. Continued use of this platform constitutes your agreement to be bound by all terms stated below.
These terms apply to all 3008 platform users registered in Malaysia.
1. Acceptance of Terms and Use of Platform
By registering for or using the 3008 platform (3008.ws), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use this platform.
This platform operates for users in Malaysia only. By accessing the platform, you confirm that you are in a jurisdiction that permits you to use this service and that you are at least 18 years of age. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
3008 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms.
2. Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Account registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 3008 platform. Registering multiple accounts using the same or different information is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended or closed without prior notice. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, phone number, and a valid email address.
Account security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. 3008 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. Identity verification
3008 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to meet internal compliance requirements. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being suspended or closed.
3. User Responsibilities and Usage Rules
Permitted use
The 3008 platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. You agree to use this platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities, use automated software (bots), or disrupt platform operations is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited conduct
- Providing false information during registration or account verification
- Using multiple accounts to obtain bonuses or unfair advantages
- Colluding with other players to manipulate games or bets
- Using any unauthorised third-party software to interact with the platform
- Engaging in any activity associated with money laundering or the financing of illegal activities
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any remaining balance, at 3008's discretion.
4. Payment Information and Transactions
Currency and payment methods
All transactions on the 3008 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform accepts deposits via local payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow QR, and bank transfer. Available payment methods are subject to change and will be displayed in the finance section of your account.
Deposits and withdrawals
All deposits are final once confirmed and cannot be reversed. Withdrawals will be processed to the payment method registered in your account. 3008 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal for security purposes. Withdrawal processing times may vary depending on the payment method and current system load.
Bonuses and promotions
All bonuses offered by 3008 are subject to wagering requirements and the specific terms stated at the time of claiming. Bonus abuse, including registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, may result in the claim being voided and the account closed. 3008 reserves the right to cancel any bonus awarded incorrectly or as a result of a system error.
Tax and fiscal responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax obligations arising from winnings or profits earned through this platform, in accordance with applicable Malaysian law.
5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Liability limits
The 3008 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. 3008 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
In all circumstances, 3008's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the total active deposit balance held in the relevant account at the time of the incident.
Intellectual property
All content on the 3008 platform, including logos, text, images, interface design, and software code, is the exclusive property of 3008 or its respective licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written consent from 3008. Unauthorised use of platform content may result in legal action.
Third-party links and services
The 3008 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as game providers and payment processors. 3008 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party services. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.
6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Account suspension and closure
3008 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for reasons including, but not limited to: breach of terms of use, suspected fraud, requests from relevant authorities, or at 3008's sole discretion. In the event of an unjustified suspension, users may contact the support team for a review at [email protected].
In the event of a legitimate account closure (not resulting from a breach), any eligible balance will be returned to the user via the original payment method once the verification process is complete.
Changes to terms
3008 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the platform or by email to registered users. Continued use of the platform after such changes take effect will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the 3008 platform shall be resolved through procedures established under Malaysian law. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for the resolution of any claims or disputes.
